Hello!
Ravenwood Elementary School is holding our 16th annual Tiger Trot Walk-a-Thon on September 26, 2025! To keep our fundraising focus narrow, our school hosts this one major fundraiser each year. This annual event is designed to bring our 400+ students, their families, our faculty and the community together for the benefit of our students.
Will you join us, and become a Tiger Trot corporate sponsor?
Your donation will help fund educational field trips for every grade level, the purchase of supplemental classroom items, staff appreciation, community building events for school families, and additional resources needed by teachers to best serve our students!
We have four sponsorship levels:
- Platinum Level: Donation of $500+
- Large company logo representation on our event t-shirt
- Advertisement and link to your website posted on our PTO facebook page
- Your advertisement, pamphlet, samples, or coupons distributed to every school family
- Gold Level: Donation of $300
- Large company logo representation on our event t-shirt.
- Silver Level: Donation of $200
- Medium company logo representation on our event t-shirt.
- Bronze Level: Donation of $100
- Name representation (no logo) on our event t-shirt.
Enclosed you will find the 2025 Tiger Trot Corporate Sponsorship form. Please return this to our school office, along with a check payable to Ravenwood PTO. New this year, we also have an online form and payment option at ravenwoodpto.membershiptoolkit.com/ttbusinesssponsor. Sponsors should provide logos by September 1st in order to be listed on the t-shirts. Logos should be emailed to RavenwoodTigerTrot@gmail.com in black & white in vector format. If you have sponsored in the past then we still have your logo and can reuse it.
If a corporate sponsorship does not fit your business at this time, please consider a donation to our raffle held in conjunction with this event.
